Disbursements

Any out-of-pocket expenses incurred on your behalf (such as filing fees or official documentation costs) are charged separately and will be set out in advance wherever possible.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in the Engagement Letter. We reserve the right to pause work on a matter where agreed payment has not been received.

Changes to Scope

If the scope of a matter changes materially after engagement, we will discuss revised terms with you before proceeding with additional work.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared with us in the course of an enquiry or engagement as confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties except where necessary to carry out your instructions, required by law, or with your consent.

Our confidentiality obligations are separate from, and in addition to, the protections set out in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

On termination of an engagement, our fees for work properly completed are due and payable. Clauses relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Before commencing formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us to describe your concern. Most matters can be resolved through direct, good-faith discussion, and we are always willing to engage constructively.

13. General Provisions
